Founded in 2018 by Directors, James Perry and Nick Daley, the company has quickly become known as one the leading residential sales and lettings agents in Brighton & Hove. As the brand grew, so did our area. We have sold and let property across Sussex from our office in Hove using innovative technology and good old-fashioned customer service.
James Perry
Director
Working in the industry for over 15 years, James has a wealth of experience and a skill set to advise on all residential sales and lettings matters.
Nick Daley
Director
Experienced valuer and member of Arla Propertymark, having worked within the industry and locally for over 20 years.
James Hance
Director
James heads up the auction and investment department having worked in the Sussex property industry for nearly 20 years. James is a member of RICS and able to advise on a wide range of residential and commercial property matters.
Danielle Lewis
Property Consultant
Danielle is key to the day to day running of the office with plenty of customer service experience and industry knowledge.

Member of Arla Propertymark and key to our lettings department, carrying out viewings, property inspections and daily property management.
Nick Muston
Auctioneer
Nick is a consultant to Nicholas James and brings with him considerable industry knowledge and expertise. Nick has been an auctioneer for over 40 years.

Senior Property Consultant
The first to join James & Nick back in 2019 and is an integral part of the team, working on lettings, property management and sales.
Elena Mura-Bates
Property Consultant
Supports all departments on a part time basis, often carrying out open days, viewings and agreeing terms for tenants and buyers on their new homes.
