*Guide prices are provided as an indication of the seller’s minimum price expectation. They are not necessarily the figure at which a property will sell for and may change at any time before the auction. Each property will be offered subject to a Reserve. (A Reserve is the minimum figure at which the Auctioneer can sell a property for during the auction.
